Agile Labs

Agile labs is a Sybrant initiative to create a skilled pool of resources by training selected engineers on advance computing techniques along with organizational commitment.

Once selected, we typically start the candidates with a 6-8 week program, which includes professional orientation, the latest technologies relevant to our clients and essentials for interacting with clients (email/phone). After passing out of Agile Labs, the team work on engagements for our clients along with engineers at Sybrant. Our framework for continuous learning at Sybrant is built around a number of focused programs for our employees. These range from major initiatives such as leadership grooming to ongoing management development programs to basic soft skills improvement programs. They complement a host of technology advancement and ongoing training options.
